Masterclass: Making a Song Your Own

Company member and Broadway star Harry Groener leads this weekend workshop on singing as an extension of your work as an actor. How do you interpret a song, how do you handle nerves, where does movement come in? These questions and more, from the practical to the artistic, will be addressed.

Please bring an entire song (not a piece of the song) and be memorized, ready to work. Please bring the sheet music for your song. An accompanist will be provided.

*Please note, students under 18 require permission from the moderator to take this academy class. If you’re in this category, please reach out to us at academy@antaeus.org.
