Voice Gym: A Six-Month Voice & Breath Practice for Actors
One session per month. Six months. Open to actors with prior voice training or who have studied voice at Antaeus Theatre Company Think of it as the gym for your instrument. Voice Gym is a six-session monthly container for actors who want to keep their voice and breath in peak condition. Each session is a full-body vocal workout — drawing from breath, resonance, projection, relaxation, and somatic practice — so you stay open, available, and ready for whatever the work asks of you. Over six months, you’ll build a consistent practice, deepen your relationship with your instrument, and have a dedicated space to bring audition material, a character you’ve been sitting with, or simply show up and work.
