Associate Artistic Director
The newly created Associate Artistic Director position will hold a leadership position at Antaeus. The successful candidate will enthusiastically embrace the theater’s work, and convey it in their interactions with the community. This position reports to the Executive Director, works extensively with our volunteer Artistic Director(s), and interacts with the Board, Staff, and Company members. They will oversee the day-to-day operations of the artistic department while maintaining the highest possible administrative and production standards for the company. The AAD will also serve as a consistent public face of Antaeus both locally and nationally. While the AAD position will work remotely if needed to comply with stay-at-home orders, this position will be based in Los Angeles once our building has reopened.

All actors who meet either of the following criteria will be offered Company membership into Antaeus:
- Performed in two Antaeus productions, or
- Performed in one Antaeus production, and two Antaeus-produced readings
