30th Anniversary Poster Project

As we wrap up our 2020/21 year — a year of challenges, new ideas, and community — we wanted to acknowledge how far we’ve come, as we celebrate our theater’s 30th birthday. To kick things off, we collaborated with a talented group of 15 local, Los-Angeles based artists to commemorate some of the best-loved productions from the 30-year history of Antaeus Theatre Company. These artists have created incredible original posters, each featuring one of our most memorable productions. We will be sharing these artworks with you over the next few weeks through our e-newsletter and our online poster gallery, before our 2020/21 year ends in August.

Posters will be available for auction as limited edition signed prints, and also as a complete set of notecards — a token of our appreciation for our supporters who donate $300 or more, or who commit to a monthly donation of $30 through our 2021/22 Season, between now and August 31st.

Each week, we’ll feature three different artists and their visions in the creative process of each theatrical poster. If you haven’t already, subscribe to Antaeus’s email newsletter, where we’ll be unveiling each artwork every Thursday through the end of August.

Very soon, we’ll be announcing the 2021/22 Season at Antaeus. But in the meantime, please join us in preparing for this momentous upcoming year.
