Antaeus Theatre Group (referred to as “Antaeus”) produces the Antaeus Website (referred to herein as the “Website” or the “Site”). Antaeus respects privacy rights, and is committed to safeguarding the Personal Information entrusted to us by our clients and visitors to our Website. This Policy is only applicable to the Site, and not to any other websites that you may be able to access from the Site, each of which may have data collection and use practices and policies that differ materially from this Policy.

UPDATED: September 20, 2016 This Privacy Policy may be changed from time to time. We will post changes to this Website, and we reserve the right to make changes without prior individual notice. Such changes are effective upon posting. Please review this Privacy Policy often so that you will remain abreast of Antaeus’ current policies, including its policies concerning the gathering and use of information that may be collected on our Website. It is your responsibility to review this Policy from time to time to ensure that you continue to agree with all of its terms. You can tell when the Privacy Policy was last modified by checking the “updated” date.

General

You can visit and enjoy our Website without disclosing any personal information about yourself. The Personal Information we collect may include contact data (such as your name, mailing address, phone number and email address) and financial data (such as your account or credit card number). The Non-Personal Information refers to information that does not by itself identify you like demographic data (such as which of our web pages are most often visited, which of our productions are receiving the most website visits, your zip code, age and income). Antaeus may collect both personal and non-personal information about you when you use the Site to register, participate in surveys, sign up for newsletters, receive discounted ticket offer alerts, submit contest entries, make donations, correspond with us and fill out other online forms that ask users to provide information.

If you submit any personal information to us, you can be assured that will not sell, lease, or share your personal information to anyone else except as follows: (1) to our third party service providers, and only so they may help us provide the services you have requested (example: credit card purchase transaction); (2) to one or more non-profit cultural organizations, except if you request that we do not do so. Notice Concerning Children

Because of federal law, we cannot collect any personal information from a child under the age of 13 without the consent of that child’s parent. We will not knowingly accept the registration of or purchase of tickets by anyone under the age of 13. If you are a child under the age of 13, you must ask your parent for permission to complete any transaction on our website. If you are a parent of a child under the age of 13, we expect you to approve any action your child takes with regard to and prior to registering or purchasing your child any ticket, activity or merchandise. Otherwise, the statements in our Privacy Policy about our collection and use of personal information also apply to our treatment of personal information from children under the age of 13 who have their parent’s consent.

From time to time, we may use the standard “cookies” feature of major browser applications. A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier that is sent to your browser from a Website’s computers and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Our online, telephone and walk-up window ticket purchasing procedures will automatically set up your account to receive promotional materials from us by mail, telephone or email. At certain points where Personal Information is collected on our site, there may be a box to indicate that you wish to receive certain information or communications from Antaeus. You may opt out of receiving communications from Antaeus. In all of our electronic communications you will be given the opportunity to opt out of receiving future communications. Each of the websites linked from the Site, has a separate privacy policy and data collection practice, independent of Antaeus, and we have no responsibility or liability for these independent policies or actions and are not responsible for privacy practices or the content of such websites nor do we make any warranties or representations about the contents, products, or services offered on such websites or the security of any information you provide to them.
